Why it exists
Security material online is dominated by two registers: vendor marketing and incident news. Neither helps the person who has to decide how often to scan a small site, what to do with a report full of findings, or why the certificate expired again.
The operational middle is where most real failures live, and it is the least written about.
What you will and will not find
- You will find four texts on certificates, detection, filtering and reporting.
- You will not find product names, comparisons or vendor recommendations.
- You will not find intervals, thresholds or retention periods as fixed numbers.
- You will not find services: no scanning, no audits, no incident response.
